We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

- Unworn, unwashed products with all tags intact
- Products in their original packaging
Not eligible.
- Items with fall & pico, in-skirt or blouse stitching
- Customised or altered products
- Products damaged after delivery
How to return. Open the order in your account and choose *Request return*. We arrange a pickup and inspect the item when it reaches us.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your Shri Manju Paridhan wallet or a bank account you provide.
